Description
Pinot Grigio delle Venezie is produced by the Botter company, which since 1928 has dedicated itself to the production of iconic Italian wines.
The Pinot Grigio grapes undergo soft pressing and are then fermented for 15-20 days in thermo-regulated steel vats. Subsequently the wine is aged in steel at 18-20 ° C until bottling.
Straw yellow in color, the nose reveals aromas of white flowers and apple. The taste is fresh, balanced, with a pleasant mineral finish.
Ideal as an aperitif and with seafood.
