Description
The Merlot of Ca' di Rajo was born in vineyards located in the province of Treviso.
The harvested grapes are vinified with a maceration of 15-20 days in thermo-controlled steel tanks. The wine subsequently ages both in steel and wooden barrels.
Ruby red in color with garnet reflections, it reveals aromas of cherry and berries on the nose, enriched by the hint of cinnamon. The sip is warm, well structured.
Excellent in combination with baked pork loin and semi-mature cheeses.
