The Viña Tondonia Blanco Reserva by López de Heredia is a refined Spanish white wine, made from Viura and Malvasía grapes grown in estate vineyards. It stands out for its traditional profile and artisanal approach to winemaking.
Aged for 6 years in oak barrels, with two annual rackings, it is subsequently bottled without filtration to ensure complexity and longevity. This lengthy process gives the wine an evolved structure and great finesse.
With a natural amber color, it presents complex and mature aromas with notes of evolved fruit. On the palate, it is smooth, consistent, and perfectly balanced, with a refined and persistent structure.
It pairs beautifully with grilled fish, seafood, white meats with rich sauces, and creamy rice dishes.
